Terms of services
! Clients and Artists are not allowed to share personal information regarding matters in the commission process with other parties if it is not necessary for important matters/without artist permission.! All works are prohibited for commercial use/any profitable use without permission.
! +50% additional total price for request to commercialized the works.
! +30% additional total price for request to commercialized the work for exclusive content.
! +5% additional total price for request to unpublic the works.
! Price for exclusive content
have been combined with unpublic price.
! Refunds can be applied if the artist has problems in commission progress and the clients refuse to wait until the problems are solved.
! Refunds can be applied if the clients has important problems need to be solved/reasonable.
! Refund request are made a week (max 3 days) before queue arrived.
! Refund request are unavailable once the works start.
! Clients are prohibited from doing major edits to the works result. Changes on works result need artist approval.
! Clients may not claim the works as their own creation or parties other than artist.
! Artist credit is necessary to given to other parties in need.✿ Please use appropiate/polite language to communicate.
✿ We will do our best to understand english language.
• Order requests are made in DM/private message.
! Clients need to fill the commission order form for order request.
! Make sure all material attached are not infreight to copyright.
• We will consider the difficulty of the order before approving the order.
• The first client whose order is approved will be the first to receive the service provided.
• Clients are allowed to order multiple commission (2 min)
• Only accepting payment via PayPal (USD only)
• Clients are required to pay upfront payment to reserve the commission slot. Upfront payment costs 100% of the total order price.
• Clients will be given progress list link after payment is completed.
• Clients are allowed to request progress information regarding commission works (max 3 photo)Works progress : payment » sketch » Lining » Coloring » Finishing » Finish• Work takes 10 days to finish or more or less depending on the difficulty of costumer's order.♪ Revision limit are 3 times on sketch and 2 times on final phase.
By ordering, costumers are agree to all terms and conditions.

Syarat dan ketentuan
! Klien dan Artis tidak diperbolehkan untuk berbagi informasi pribadi mengenai hal-hal dalam proses komisi dengan pihak lain jika tidak diperlukan untuk hal yang penting/tanpa persetujuan dari artis.! Semua karya dilarang untuk digunakan secara komersial/penggunaan yang lebih menguntungkan tanpa izin.
! +50% Harga tambahan jika karya dikomersialkan.
! +35% Harga tambahan jika karya dikomersialkan untuk konten eksklusif.
! +10% Harga tambahan jika karya tidak dipublikasikan.
! Harga komersial untuk konten eksklusif telah digabung dengan harga harga unpublic.
! Pengembalian dana diterapkan jika artis memiliki masalah dalam proses komisi dan klien tidak ingin menunggu masalah sampai terselesaikan.
! Pengembalian dana diterapkan jika klien memiliki masalah penting yang perlu diselesaikan.
! Permintaan pengembalian dana mohon dikirim satu minggu (maks 3 hari) sebelum antrian klien tiba.
! Permintaan refund tidak diterima saat pesanan mulai dikerjakan.
! Klien dilarang melakukan suntingan besar pada hasil karya. Perubahan pada hasil karya membutuhkan persetujuan artis.
! Klien tidak boleh mengklaim karya tersebut sebagai hasil ciptaan mereka sendiri atau pihak selain artis.
! Kredit kepada artis perlu diberikan kepada pihak lain yang membutuhkan.✿ Mohon menggunakan bahasa yang sopan untuk berkomunikasi.
✿ Mohon menggunakan bahasa indonesia yang mudah dipahami.
• Permintaan pesanan dilakukan melalui DM/Pesan pribadi.
! Klien wajib mengisi formulir pemesanan yang telah disediakan.
! Pastikan semua material yang dilampirkan tidak melanggar hak cipta.
• Kami akan mempertimbangkan kesulitan pesanan sebelum menyetujui pesanan.
• Client pertama yang pesanannya disetujui akan menjadi yang pertama menerima layanan yang diberikan.
• Klien diperbolehkan untuk memesan beberapa komisi (min 2)
• Hanya menerima pembayaran melalui Bank.
• Klien perlu membayar pembayaran dimuka untuk memesan slot komisi. Harga pembayaran di muka 100% dari total harga pesanan.
• Klien akan diberikan tautan Progress List setelah pembayaran selesai.
• Klien diperbolehkan untuk meminta informasi kemajuan mengenai pekerjaan komisi (maks 3 foto)Proses pengerjaan : Pembayaran » Sketsa » Lining » Coloring » Finishing » Selesai• Pekerjaan memakan waktu 10 hari atau lebih atau kurang untuk diselesaikan tergantung pada kesulitan pesanan pelanggan.♪ Batas revisi adalah 3 kali pada sketsa dan 2 kali pada tahap akhir.
Dengan memesan, pelanggan menyetujui semua syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
